Body Space Studios is a boutique mat pilates studio in the heart of Venice, California. We believe movement is medicine — and that every body deserves a space to slow down, strengthen, and simply be. Our small-group classes blend classical pilates with somatic awareness, held in a studio designed to feel like a refuge.
